The film is defined in the coastal city of Visakhapatnam where Deva (Sharwanand) and his friends collude to market illegal black market tickets. During this right time, Deva falls deeply in love with Gita (Kalyani Priyadarshan). When everything appears to be going fine, Deva locks horns with the neighborhood MLA (Murali Sharma) and enters the illegal liquor business. As expected, the game changes and a tug of war starts. Deva grows big in the trade but is still being targeted by rivals.
